vibeglass.io is operated by Santos Immersive, based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. For any privacy question or request, reach us through the contact page.
What this site collects
This is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own, requires no account, and does not track you across the web. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and requested pages) for security and operations.
Forms and signups
The community application form, the company enquiry form, and the newsletter signup on this site are provided by third-party services (Typeform for the forms, Beehiiv for the newsletter). Information you submit through them (such as your name, email address, and anything you write in a form) goes to the relevant provider and to us. We use it only for the purpose you submitted it for: reviewing your application, responding to your enquiry, or sending you the newsletter. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it beyond the providers needed to deliver these services.
Newsletter
You only receive the newsletter if you sign up for it. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all further emails.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is cookieless and privacy-first: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint or track you across sites, and collects only aggregate statistics such as page views, referrer, and country. No profile is built about you and no data is used for advertising. Because it uses no cookies, this site needs no cookie consent banner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Contact us and we will handle your request. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Changes
We may update this page as the site evolves, for example when we add or change a service provider. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
