About

The node in the network.

Ely Santos started in enterprise IT, working at Johnson & Johnson and Mars. In 2017, he created his first company, a Sales as a Service for B2B SaaS agency and never came back.

Started researching immersive tech in 2021 and documenting his findings through his LinkedIn and the Metavertising podcast. After having gathered over 17k followers and achieving top 6% most shared podcasts worldwide on Spotify, he co-founded an XR studio in the Netherlands in 2024, and did projects for big names such as Walmart and the Aquarium of Paris.

That work ultimately put him inside the ecosystem: the hardware, the software, and the people building the platforms.

Then he went all-in on smart glasses and founded VibeGlass in 2026: a vetted developer community, and the team companies call when they need to move on the next computing platform.

Ecosystem access

Why VibeGlass sits where it does.

The hardware.

Multiple devices in the collection, including hardware most developers have never seen.

The relationships.

Direct relationships with people at Snap, Meta, Google, HTC, Even Realities, and XREAL, built over years of shipping.

The community.

The vetted developer network that makes VibeGlass a marketplace of talent, not a one-man consultancy.

Developers apply. Companies call. Both end up in the same network.
